We have been impacting the world since 2018 and we want to keep pushing ourselves to become the brightest minds in our field and better serve our customers.As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing initiatives, and supporting the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Content Marketing: Create and oversee the production of high-quality content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and infographics.
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across all social platforms.
- Digital Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and display advertising.
- Marketing Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Content Creation: Develop creative content for various marketing materials, including brochures, website copy, and promotional emails.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

Minimum requirements:
- Studies: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing or a related role; experience with digital marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge: Proficiency with CRM systems such as Hub Spot or similar.
- Language: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
Perks:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. following the American Calendar.
- Contract: Indefinite term contract.
- Location: Only for Colombia. This position will be remote or Hybrid in Medellín
- Salary: $3.000.000 with performance bonus in USD.
