Supports rep & territory level compensation modeling.
Provides cost structure modeling based on territory consolidations.
Develops processes to track and monitor savings initiatives associated with different projects.
Provides consistent reporting on rep compensation for wave one territories to aide in measuring the success of the program or need for changes/modifications.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

We are currently looking for the next Financial DATA Analyst (Sales Commissions). The ideal candidate must have have and advanced English level (B2+ or C1) and 3 to 5 years of experience in finance data analytics related to commercial operations.

Will be responsible for the financial/reporting review and analytical support for Commissions area (US Sales Channel). Also, will provide timely financial information and support for business partners to make fact-based decisions of spend that drive and support the business.
