You will also focus on managing and qualifying all the top funnel inbound leads, as well as proactively researching, identifying and developing new target accounts to go after.
Your Day with Equisoft:
- Generate leads through a variety of methods such as cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending industry events
- Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and understand their needs, interests, and pain points.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Monitor market trends, industry news, and customer feedback to develop new sales opportunities
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and quotes
- Track customer accounts and update customer information in the customer relationship management system (CRM)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a relationship-building or sales role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in sales and business development.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and events within Mexico and the US
- Excellent knowledge of English & Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- High degree of organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable with email and phone communication
- Strong sense of organization and prioritizing
- Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline
- Experience with the CRM systems Hub Spot
- Experience in the insurance & financial industry
