WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Bilingual Representatives for a customer service campaign via calls with B2 English level. It is a health care service campaign. Customers may call to review doctors, plan benefits, medications, invoices, coverage, everything that has to do with the plan of the affiliates.
Beyond being a customer service company, they are dedicated to saving lives, they are called advocates instead of agents, it is not an eps but a company that provides health services.
WE OFFER:- Hours: 40H Training and Nesting (5 working days, Weekends OFF).
- Salary based on the amount of hours per week you work Premium Salary operations:
- Complete paid training + $$$ Bonus per metrics + Medical Coverage + Food bonus + Balanced Days OFF.
- W@H after training.
- English level B2.
- Be located in Bogota.
- 18 years old or older.
- High school degree.
- Multitasking.
- Basic computer skills (e.g. operating systems, internet).
- Good disposition to Customer Service relations.
- Foreigners must provide PPT and passport.
- Modality: Hybrid.
